Shipping

Now you can pick up your order from House of Prana Yoga and Wellness Centre in Launceston, Tasmania, or get your items shipped Australia-wide. Choose your option at the checkout.

If you choose pick up, when your order is processed and ready to be collected, you will receive a text message notification with the collection details. Collection address: House of Prana, 127 George St., Launceston, 7250.

Postage orders will be sent via Australia Post regular mail service. There are also delivery method options at the checkout if you would like your order to be posted via Registered or Express Post. As a bonus, purchases over $100 will receive Free Registered postage. You will receive shipping notification email once your order is shipped with a tracking number if applicable.

Returns and refunds policy

I will offer you a refund if your item arrives to you broken or damaged. Please closely inspect your items after receiving them in the mail and contact me straight away if there is an issue. Note that I will not be able to provide a refund if you delay informing me about your damaged order. Message me and I will work out an arrangement that suits all.

Sorry but ‘change of mind’ returns are not accepted. Please choose your items carefully and read descriptions on sizing closely.

I can offer you to repair your item (if that is possible) if it gets broken at additional cost. Repair price will be negotiated individually.
