This session is all about transformation.

Presented in a holistic and multidimensional blend of techniques, including shamanic drumming and chakra activations, it will leave you mesmerised and in awe.

Invoking the powerful frequencies of the Lion's Gate portal, we will be targeting the low vibrational knots in our physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies and opening ourselves up to merging with our crystalline and multidimensional Self.

This Union is what we subconsciouly seek and long for. When we experience it, initially temporarily, at times of spiritual practice, brings us blissfulness and Universal Joy - the joy beyond human mind and body.

The majority of the session we will spend lying down, so, please bring a mat, blanket and cushion to be warm and comfortable.

Time for introspection and journalling will be offered at the end of the session. Paper and pencils provided.

To ground and get ready to return into the daily life, you will be invited to share a cup of tea and enjoy some nibbles.

Allergy and sensitivity note: insense and white sage smudging will be using in a shamanic ritual during the session.
